The stylish family room looks onto the pool deck. For guests needing peace and quiet, or need to use the computer then the den with it's own computer is the haven you are looking for. The well-sized master bedroom with full ensuite bathroom has a king sized bed. Bedroom 2 has a queen sized bed. Bedroom 3 and 4 has 2 twin beds. Bedrooms 3 and 4 share the family bathroom. For your entertainment there are 5 TVs with cable TV, a DVD player and a games room. The fully screened pool deck has a pool with integrated spa and faces west - a bonus for guests who like to swim, sunbathe and dine al fresco in the direct sun all day. A mature hedge runs along the back of the property giving greater privacy to the pool area .
