"At very first sight, this extremely attractive villa stands out providing many of the comforts found at your home. Located on a small quiet development with attractive surroundings, the four bedrooms and spacious living areas ensure an ideal holiday home and sleeps eight comfortably and up to ten if necessary. We are very proud of our home in the USA and this is reflected in the quality of the decor and high standard of the furnishings. Everything has been provided to ensure your every comfort and we believe that nothing has been excluded to ensure your stay in our villa will be memorable and enjoyable.

"Although located in a secluded cul-de-sac, the villa is in an ideal situation and is only a two-minute drive from a Super Walmart, five minutes from numerous restaurants and about a ten minute drive from the world renowned Walt Disney World Fun Parks. Once you have exhausted yourselves being entertained at the parks, the villa offers you the best of both worlds whether you wish to relax in the pool or spa or enjoy all the mod cons including a large screen TV, DVD and video players and even a Play-Station for the kids. Meantime, you can either order "take-out" or prepare a meal yourself in a very well equipped and spacious kitchen.

"We believe that our villa has all the qualities to make your holiday very special indeed and we look forward to hosting you. Happy holidays! " - Homeowner
