This 5B/5B home thats sleeps 13 is south facing for year round, all day Florida sun. This 2,500 square foot, fully air conditioned "dream come true" has luxurious tropical furnishings and is professionally decorated throughout. Your every need has been anticipated. Your own fully screened secluded and optionally heated 28ft x 14ft pool with adjoining Jacuzzi/spa. If you desire the shade, there's a large covered lanai. The pool is provided with a removable safety fence for extra added protection for young children should you need it. This house borders the conservation area for extra privacy with upgraded outdoor furniture including four chaise lounges and a dining table with chairs. The great room is perfect for watching your favorite shows on the plasma TV, with DVD and Sony Dream Surround Sound. Just sit down and relax on the micro fiber sofas in the great room or in the game room complete with Sony Playstation II. The sofa in the game room has a queen hide-a-bed. There is a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with adjoining dining room. The sleeping accommodations include two master suites with king-size beds, walk-in closets, TV's, DVD players and en-suite bathrooms. There is a third master bedroom with queen size bed. The fourth and fifth bedrooms have two twin beds in each. The Mickey Mouse bedroom has a trundle bed (smaller bed that stores under main bed). All bedrooms have their own separate bathrooms and cable TV. This property is designated non-smoking and not pets.
