West Haven
West Haven is a small select development of Orlando vacation villas set amid a wildlife wetland conservation area. West Haven is a gated community on the south side of the CR-54, just west of its intersection with the I-4. All attractions are easily accessed and the Disney gates are just 10 minutes away and Orlando airport is about a 40 minute drive.
Champions Gate Golf Complex is just three minutes drive and many other gold courses are within easy reach. There is a parade of shops and restaurants and a large supermarket at Champions Gate.
The Abbey homes are all private pool homes and were developed by a quality builder. All have been finished to an exceptionally high standard and specification with many usual upgrades build as standard.
About ½ a mile from West Haven, towards Highway 27, you will find a Walgreens (pharmacy/supermarket) and gas/petrol station.
This superior home is tastefully furnished to a high standard and can sleep up to a maximum of 8 guests. The fully fitted kitchen is well equipped with all the appliances you will need during your stay and has a well sized breakfast nook. There is also a well proportioned formal dining room. The family room opens onto the attractive pool deck. The impressive master bedroom has a king sized bed and full en-suite bathroom.
The 2nd bedroom has a queen sized bed and is serviced by the adjacent family bathroom. Bedrooms 3 and 4 have twin beds and share the Jack 'n' Jill bathroom. For your entertainment there are 5 TVs with cable TV, DVD and CD player, stereo & iPod docking station, a variety of board games and a well equipped games room. If you bring your laptop then you are well served as this home has Wi-Fi internet access.
This home also has free dialing to phone landlines across the USA, Canada, Puerto Rico and 5 major European countries (especially the UK). The pool with integrated Jacuzzi is enclosed within a fully screened lanai which is shaded throughout the year giving a welcome respite from the burning summer sun when swimming, lounging round the pool and dining al fresco. The boundary wall gives greater privacy to the pool area, whilst not restricting its view of the Disney fireworks. |
