Highlands Reserve
Highlands Reserve is one of the most popular communities in the area. Situated on US-27, one of the main attractions is the golf course and pro shop which is popular with locals and vacationers alike. There is an on site communal pool and only a short drive will take you to all the major theme parks, restaurants, shops and other attractions.
Our 5 bedrooms 3 bathrooms Villa sleeps 10 people and features a Master Bedroom with King bed, 2 Double bedrooms and 2 Twin bedrooms. The home is situated in an elevated position, commanding a view across the golf course. The Living Room features a TV and is situated next to the formal dining area.
The Family Room with TV features wrap around settees on two of the walls which gives seating for all, the end part of this seating even has an extended section for someone to really put their feet up. There is a larger than average kitchen that is equipped with all the conveniences that you would expect in this quality home. The Breakfast Nook has a 6 seater table and chairs and overlooks the spa and swimming pool.
The Dining Room is light and the dining table with 6 chairs can be accessed from the kitchen to ensure entertaining is stress free.
The large Master Bedroom is furnished with quality furniture feature an Amoire with TV, DVD player and Stereo. There is a huge walk in closet and a large comfortable chair. There is a Double Bedroom situated on the ground floor next to a full bathroom.
The guest entertainment, the garage has been converted into a Games Room which features a Pool Table, Air Hockey and Foosball. The swimming pool and spa look out over the golf course and faces South so you can just lie on the sun loungers and soak up the sun. The circular table has ample seating around and is situated under the lanai. |
