Highlands Reserve
Highlands Reserve is one of the most popular communities in the area. Situated on US-27, one of the main attractions is the golf course and pro shop which is popular with locals and vacationers alike. There is an on site communal pool and only a short drive will take you to all the major theme parks, restaurants, shops and other attractions.
This fabulous 5 bedroomed 5 bathroomed villa is situated in the prestigeous Highlands Reserve Golf Community, located on the 16th Fairway and overlooks 15th, 14th, and 13th fairways beyond, giving uniterupted, fabulous views across the golf course. Highlands Reserve itself is in the North end of Polk County, which is ideally located to enable you to enjoy all The Disney Parks which are 10 minutes away. Highlands Reserve community also features, community pool, tennis court, childrens play area and Golf Club House.
On entering the villa, on your right there is a magnificent Dining Room which is furnished with French style furniture. To the left is a Den with the inernet connection, TV and large lounging sofa. The Family Room features a 50inch HDTV set in the front feature wall, with DVD, CD player, large comfortable settees for relaxing, coffee tables and table lamps complete the scene. The open kitchen area features high stools around the breakfast bar. The kichen with all it modern fittings, cooker, micorwave, dishwasher, large fridge freezer, with dispenser in the freezer door for water, ice and crushed ice. The kitchen is fully equipped with all crockery, cutlery, etc everything you could possibly require in a luxury home, There is also a Breakfast Nook with large circular glass topped table.
The pool area features an Infinity Pool & Spa. The Pool is 50Ft long and is one of the largest swimming pools in the whole of Highlands Reserve. Around the pool is ample space for the many sun loungers and the large patio area is set under the balcony creating shade for those who prefer not to be in the hot sun. Along the patio there are tables and chairs for alfresco dining.
MASTER BEDROOM ONE is situated on the ground floor, The king bed has four posts and a canopy, there are bedside/night stands on each side of the bed with decorative lamps there is a dressing table with decorative mirror, relaxing chair with padded foot stool, set in the curved window, TV is set on a cabinet, as you go towards the master en-suite bathroom there are double mirrored sliding doors closet. In the master bathroom there are two hand basins fitted into vanity units a large corner bath tub, large walk in shower with glass door. Separate toilet.
TWIN BEDROOM has two single beds with wicker type dresser and mirror.
POOL BATHROOM is situated ajacent to the twin bedroom.
UPSTAIRS on the deck is a TV lounge.
MASTER BEDROOM TWO features a king bed with canopy over, Amoire with TV, recling chair, walk in closet, double doors lead out onto a balcony, with table and chairs,overlooking the pool and golf course. Large en-suite bathroom. walk in shower.
QUEEN BEDROOM this has double doors leading out to the balcony, Dresser and TV. There is a full bathroom next to this bedroom.
