Highlands Reserve
Highlands Reserve is one of the most popular communities in the area. Situated on US-27, one of the main attractions is the golf course and pro shop which is popular with locals and vacationers alike. There is an on site communal pool and only a short drive will take you to all the major theme parks, restaurants, shops and other attractions.
Our single story Vacation Villa is in an elevated postion, from the pool deck, we overlook the 5th and 6th fairways of the golf course. The pool deck is South West so at the end of a long day you can sit and relax poolside.
The Lounge has 2 main sitting areas. One has settees for just laying back and relaxing to watch the TV or DVD, the other area has stylish wicker furniture and coffee tables and an assortment of reading.
The large country style dining table seats 8 people comfortably, in a wonderfully relaxed setting, adjacent to the kitchen and looking out over the pool deck and the golf course and country side beyond.
The Kitchen has all the equipment you could possibly require, the 2 door fridge freezer that dispences water, crushed ice, ice cubes all at the touch of a button. On the pool deck there are sun loungers, large circular dining table with ample seating this is situated under the lanii,which provides welcome shade if required. The pool has an attractive water feature.
The Master Bedroom is light and spacious, with patio door leading onto the pool deck, there is a large dressing table, large walk in closet bedside cabinets, attractive lighting and TV. The Double Bedroom has a TV, large closet, matching bedroom furniture is a Floridian style. One Twin Bedroom is situated at the front of the villa, it has bedside units all that is required for a peaceful bedroom, there is a TV in this room. |
