Lake Berkley Resort
Lake Berkley Resort is built around a 17 acre lake, the community that this home is in boasts a white sand beach area, Clubhouse, Communial Swimming Pool, Tennis Courts, Playground, Walking Trails, and a Volleyball Court. Lake Berkley is ideal for the all round family holiday.
Lake Berkley Resort is an upscale gated community geared to vacationers. It has a large spring fed lake with sandy beach, dock, volleyball and nature trail around the lake. There is also a 2000 sq. ft. clubhouse with community pool, tennis courts and children's playground.

Lake Berkley Resort is located within walking distance of Medieval Times just off Hwy-192, close to shopping, restaurants, miniature golf, and much more -- NO NEED to always take a car! This four bedroom property is nicely positioned on the community of Lake Berkley.It has a lovely open feel as you walk through the front door, which allows lots of light into the house. As you walk in you have an open 2nd lounge area where you can chill, whilst the children watch TV in the main lounge. Attached to the 2nd lounge is a dining area, which in itself is well positioned for easy service from the fully fitted kitchen. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, oven dishes etc, so you can cook a full dinner if you so desire. The main lounge overlooks the pool area of which you can gain access via a pair of sliding doors.
There are four bedrooms within this house, with the master bedroom and en-suite off the main lounge. The other three bedrooms are opposite the master with one of them having twin beds and another en-suite.The third and fourth bedrooms have a queen and twin beds.
The resort of Lake Berkley features two additional pools, basketball, tennis, private lake, fishing pier, beach & tennis. There is also a club house & internet. |
